We offer a range of pupil support services to schools:
Pupil Support Plans
Available
- Pupil Support Plan — Literacy
- Pupil Support Plan — Numeracy
- Pupil Support Plan + Investigative Testing — Literacy
- Pupil Support Plan + Investigative Testing — Numeracy
Our Pupil Support package includes a school visit with an agreed focus around a named pupil with literacy or numeracy needs. This includes a one-to-one meeting with the pupil and provision of an action plan containing recommendations and support strategies. The package may also include:
- Pupil observation
- Book reviews
- Meeting with relevant staff
- Access to supporting resources
- Loan of materials / assessment tools

From Year 4 and above, the cost of a group screener, or a pupil support plan can be deducted from the cost of a full diagnostic assessment if carried out within 12 months of the initial visit.

Dyslexia Screener Service
Our dyslexia screening service is available to pupils from Year 1 and above. Areas considered on the screening test include vocabulary knowledge, letter & word identification and reading fluency.
The dyslexia screening package includes:
- Group administration (2–4 pupils)* of a recently published standardised screening test
- Individual summary report including an “at risk” index for each named pupil (this is an indication of the likelihood of dyslexia, not a diagnosis)
- Recommendations related to the literacy barriers identified

Our diagnostic assessment service is available to pupils from Year 4 and above. It is expected that schools will have implemented and be able to evidence outcomes from a graduated approach as recommended in the Code of Practice.
